The pilot request form asks for your name, email and company or store, and optionally your phone number, country and city, store type, number of stores, cameras per store, camera setup, what you want to measure, when your next offer or launch starts and anything else you want to tell us. We use these details only to reply to your request and plan a pilot.
The form is sent through a third-party form service to Techub’s inbox. It isn’t stored on this website. We keep requests only as long as we need them to reply and plan a pilot. To have yours deleted, email sales@techub.kr.
This site sets no cookies and runs no trackers or analytics. The host keeps standard server logs.
The product
- Retailytics AI runs on the store’s own PC.
- It does no face recognition and no age or gender estimation.
- It saves no video or images.
- Counts, times and numbered routes stay on that PC for as long as the store chooses, in Settings. Techub receives none of it.
- The store decides how it is used.
Your CCTV notices
Using CCTV to measure how a store is used can be a new purpose under data-protection rules in several countries, including South Korea. Check the rules where you trade and update your CCTV notices if needed.
